WomenExecs on Boards – WEoB

When I started my professional journey as a board member, first at SIT, later at Esprinet and Amplifon, I could only sense the importance of connections and networking.

But now, three years later, after meeting incredible women during my courses at Harvard Business School, I can confidently say that building a network is as valuable as it can be.

Let me introduce you to a special network called WomenExecs on Boards (WEoB), which I am proudly a part of.

WEoB was founded in 2016 by a group of women who attended the first “Women On Board” Executive course at HBS. Today, it has become a global network of women passionate about promoting gender diversity and equality in corporate boardrooms.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Rosie Bichard and all the women I’ve had the pleasure to meet across Europe and the United States.
